Esteemed Chef Gordon, of Gordon’s On Blueberry Hill, has opened a new restaurant. Find his latest dining venture in the charming Town of Coupeville. Enjoy strolling amongst shops in the second oldest town in Washington State. You’ll find ice cream, a history museum, a photogenic wharf, an independent bookstore, a European market and many other specialty shops and restaurants.
Gordon’s Fusion Cuisine restaurant is a culinary adventure for diners. Every few months the menu will change completely, using a different global flavor. We enjoyed Korean fare at the time of our last visit. If you go right now, it’ll be Italian.

Chef Gordon’s dishes are delicious, sourced from local ingredients and always generous. Gluten free diners will pleased to find many options.
Reservations are not taken. Make sure to call when you are 15 minutes away and they will hold a table for you (if they have one). Currently open Wednesday–Sunday, noon–8pm. We alway recommend that our guests call restaurants ahead of time to confirm their schedule.
